  • What is a private class?
    A private class is 1-on-1 involving 1 student & 1 instructor only. This applies to both Online and Face to Face classes. No other persons are permitted to join or observe the class.
  • Can I invite a friend to join my private class?
    Yes! However, if you would like to invite a friend to join your class, please ensure you let the instructor know in advance and settle payment for a single semi-private class instead. This will not affect your private class package.
  • What is a semi-private class?
    A semi-private class is 2-on-1 involving 2 students & 1 instructor only. This only applies for Face to Face classes. No other persons are permitted to join or observe the class.
  • Can I switch the platform or teaching mode of my class?
    The platform (Online or Face to Face) and teaching mode (Private or Semi-Private) can be switched after your current package has been completed.
  • How often should I take classes?
    Students are recommended to take classes weekly to maintain growth and achieve consistent results.
  • Do my class credits expire?
    Yes, class credits have a limited validity and will expire after 30 days from the scheduled class date. However, public class credits can be redeemed for up to 1 year.
  • What happens if I am late for a private/semi-private class?
    If you are running late for class, the instructor will wait and attempt to contact you within the first 15 minutes of the class. If you are still unreachable, the class will be regarded as a “no show” and your class credit will be deducted.
  • Will I get extra time if I’m late for a class?
    All classes will start and end on time. No extra time will be added if a student is late.
  • Do you offer any singing/dancing/acting examinations or certifications? (eg. LCM Exams, ABRSM, etc.)
    We currently do not follow any grade system, third party curriculum or syllabus and examination requirements.
  • Where/How can I contact my teacher outside class time?

  • Which platform is used for Online classes?
    Online classes are held on the Zoom platform.
  • What happens if there is a network or connection problem with my online class?
    If persistent issues with Wi-Fi or Zoom continue within 15 minutes of the class's start time, both the student and instructor can decide to cancel the class and reschedule.
  • Do I have to turn my camera on?
    Yes, please! If you are participating in an online vocal coaching class, it is important and essential for the instructor to be able to see your mouth shapes/movements to understand how to help you sing and improve. If you are participating in an online dance class, it is important and essential for the instructor to determine if you are keeping up with the movements/choreography so the pace of class can reflect accordingly. If you are participating in an online drama class, it is vital for the instructor to see your face and body to help offer feedback/guidance to improve skills and acting.
  • Can I screen record my online class?
    No audio or screen capture recording of class is permitted at any time. Please respect the nature of the class as well as the instructor’s privacy. If you wish to record or film yourself during class time, please inform the instructor beforehand.
  • Where can I find my Zoom class link?
    After your payment has been successfully processed, we will send you the Zoom link and class schedule via email or WhatsApp.
  • Where are private Face to Face classes held?
    Private and semi-private Face to Face classes are held in students' homes. If their home is not a suitable or efficient space, we suggest booking a piano/music/function room either in the residence/clubhouse or nearby. Please note that any additional rental costs for these spaces are not included in the class rates. For private DANCE or DRAMA classes, we highly recommend choosing a studio space with mirrors to enhance enjoyment and productivity.
  • Can a parent or guardian sit and watch classes?
    In order to create a comfortable and productive learning environment, we kindly request that parents and guardians refrain from sitting in and watching their child's private or semi-private classes. This approach helps minimize distractions, reduces nerves, and allows students to fully express themselves through music, dance, and drama.
  • Can I film/record during the class?
    No audio or video recording of class is permitted at any time. Please respect the nature of the class as well as the instructor’s privacy. If you wish to record or film yourself during class time, please inform the instructor beforehand.
  • How can I pay for my class?
    We accept payment via PayMe (HSBC), FPS or Bank Transfer.
  • When should I pay for my class?
    To ensure smooth scheduling and preparation, we kindly request that all classes be booked and fully paid for in advance: 1 week before the end of the month prior to the month the classes are scheduled for. For example, if you are scheduled for classes in September, your payment must be fully processed before the end of August. This helps us provide you with the best possible experience and ensure everything is in order for your upcoming classes.
  • Can I pay for my classes in installments?
    Payments must be made in full for all classes (single, package, group).
  • Can I pay for a single class and upgrade to the package later?
    Absolutely! If you purchase a single class and want to continue by extending your class credit to a package, you can then simply pay the balance of the package amount due and schedule your remaining classes.
  • Are there any discounts available?
    Yes, we offer package pricing for multiple classes, which essentially provides a discounted rate compared to booking individual classes separately. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of a comprehensive program at a more affordable price.
  • Can I cancel my class & request for a refund?
    Unfortunately, once payments have been processed, we are unable to issue any refunds.
  • Can I get a refund if my class was canceled by the instructor?
    Unfortunately, once payments have been processed, we are unable to issue any refunds. However, in the unlikely event that the instructor urgently needs to cancel or reschedule the class, both the instructor & student can discuss how to carry forward with the class credit & reschedule accordingly.
  • Are my class credits transferable to another student/service?
    Unfortunately, class credits cannot be transferred to other students or services.
  • Can I cancel and/or reschedule my class?
    Yes, of course! All classes can be canceled & rescheduled given they follow our Cancellation Policy.
  • What happens to my class if a Typhoon Signal or Rainstorm Warning has been hoisted?
    In the event that Typhoon Signal No.8 / the Black rainstorm warning are hoisted, face to face classes will automatically be canceled & rescheduled. For more detailed information, please refer to our Bad Weather Policy.
  • Can I retain my class credit if I cancel late due to sickness?
    While our Cancellation Policy states that cancellations require a 24-hour notice, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. In order to ensure you retain your class credit, we kindly ask that you notify your instructor at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your class.
